For Open Day Tours
Customers will receive a full refund or credit when they cancel at least 15 days prior to the service commencement.
Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers will receive a 50% refund when they cancel between 15 days to 48hours prior to the service commencement, due to administrative costs and other fees.
Customers who cancel within 48 hours of the service commencement, will not receive any cancellation refund, due to administrative costs, and other fees.

For Custom/bespoke Tours
For private/custom tour Explore la Tierra will ask for 50-100% to be paid in advance, which will be used to secure the services for the bespoke tour. 50% of the cost will be used to secure the services for the bespoke tour and therefore is not refundable. We will ask for the other half of the full amount to be paid from the moment you accept the tour to up to 15 days prior to the service commencement, due to administrative costs and other fees.
Customers will receive 50% refund when they cancel between 15 days to 120hours/5 days prior. The other 50% will be used to book the services to use during the tour, and other fees.
Customers who cancel within 120hours/5 days prior to the service commencement, will not receive any cancellation refund, due to administrative costs, subcontractors costs and other fees.
Please take into account that your refund will be based from the cost of the invoice in Euros you would have paid at the beginning. Therefore you may lose or gain money if you will receive the money in a different currency if the exchange rate has changed.
As Covid-19 has been out long enough and could affect your exit from your country we can’t garantee that you will receive the full amount paid back if you cancel as it will depend on our contractors. You will receive your money back if the cause why you can”t travel to Spain is due to Spanish laws restricting the access of international tourism inside the country.
